ELAVATE PRESENTATION SKILLS

In today’s global marketplace of demanding customers, price pressure, and product commoditization; presentation skills are crucial because effective communication is essential for success in any business.

The EPS workshop covers skills to enhance delivery, improve how presentations are created, and ensure confidence when delivering information in many business situations. And skills will be built through practice exercises, instructor and group feedback, instructor coaching, and video assessment

Two-day workshop for ten to twelve participants. Classroom and virtual workshops are available in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin.

Assess and Measure: You’ll have plenty of opportunities to practice in group, pair, and individual exercises. You’ll learn by observing one another. You’ll see how the techniques work when someone else tries out new skills and share collective wisdom by discussing how the skills are being used.

Reinforcement: Interactive coaching is key to skill building. We’ll coach you at the moment to reach your goals. You’ll also get post-exercise feedback from the group.

Who should attend: Anyone involved in the B2B sales process, whether in person or in virtual sales meetings. The normal workshop size is 12 participants

As a result of attending this workshop salespeople will be better able to:

  • Individual skill development is through a series of practical exercises rather than a lecture on the theory.

  • Coaching is intensive and “in-the-moment” and where appropriate, exercises are recorded for individual review.
