Positive Mental Attitude

Attitude is a state of mind that is self induced. It can help you overcome most obstacles but why doesn’t everyone have one? According to Jeffrey Gitomer there is a simple formula that helps develop a positive attitude with us.

Surround yourself with positive things and positive people

  1. Read and listen to positive books cds, and tapes
  2. Say all things in a positive way
  3. Believe you can achieve it
  4. Don’t listen to others who tell you you’re nuts
  5. Start now and work at it everyday

The main issue is that it won’t just appear over night. It is something that has to be worked on constantly, to be developed, so when things do go wrong for you its there and ready to kick in to help you overcome your current obstacle

You need to be careful though! Attitudes are contagious, both good and bad, and bad ones are a lot easier to pick up.
