I recently discovered two sources of useful AI information from You.com and Saleably.ai. You.com was owned by Salesforce and they sold it to former employees. I find their AI searches useful, and the advice they give can lead to clearer AI action by you and your company. Below are links to two worksheets I have found useful for moving from a fuzzy AI vision for your organization to roadmaps to implementation. Let’s start with You.com Later we will explore Salesably.
You.com - Does Your Org Really Know Where to Use AI?
AI transformation is not a matter of technology alone—it starts with discovering the most valuable use cases for your organization. Whether your goal is to automate internal workflows or deliver next-generation customer experiences, the key to success is a systematic, thorough, and inclusive use case discovery process.
You.com has compiled a step-by-step guide to help your org discover where they can get the most AI bang for their buck.
Here is a link to the email I received, where you can download this case study approach to developing useful AI initiatives in your organization.

You.com - One major reason AI adoption stalls? Employee AI Training.
Enterprises are racing to adopt AI—but most aren’t ready to capture value. While organizations are forecasted to triple their AI budgets in the next 12 months, less than half are providing structured training to use AI effectively. Many leaders struggle with developing focused AI employee training plans with a structure that leads to AI skill development. You.com again provides a clear checklist on how to do this.
You.com has put together a checklist to help your employees and leaders—and even you—keep track of AI training progress.
